Regional Sales Executive - Housing Division

We are currently looking for three individuals who are family members of active duty military or veterans to fill an open territory within our company.

The position requires you to have the ability to successfully gather information from the web on potential prospects, to set up phone appointments with the prospect and close the sale.

This Division creates partnerships with Lenders, Realtors, and Home Inspectors that have a similar mission as Report To Base and pride themselves in educating the military community about the home buying process. 

You will work closely with your training manager for the first few weeks until we are confident that you can work independently, call at least 100 prospects per week, keep good records in the CRM, and be a good communicator.

Telemarketing and sales experience desired. We will set you up with a business email, CRM, and all training material.

You are required to put in at least 30 hours per week and you will be working from home. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and would like to be in control of their income which is completely based on your efforts.

You will work closely with your training manager for the first few weeks until we are confident that you can work independently, call at least 100 prospects per week, keep good records in the CRM, and be a good communicator.

Journalism Intern

Winter 2019/Spring 2020 Internship

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: UNPAID for course credit

Report to Base is seeking one intern to conduct interviews for our YouTube Channel.

About the Position

This position would involve conducting interviews and doing some editing, then posting it to the Report To Base YouTube Channel.  You would be conducting interviews with our partners to dispel the myths and report the truth about VA loans, the home buying process, and VA benefits. 

You are required to work at least 15 hours per week, but the schedule is very flexible.

Requirements:

  • MUST be an undergraduate student studying english or journalism.
  • Available at least 15 hours per week
  • Experience with interviewing and social media a plus

  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong research skills
  • Motivated self-starter able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented

Social Media Intern

Winter 2019/Spring 2020 Internship

Location: Fully Remote

Report to Base is seeking one intern to join our Social Media team.

About the Position

This position would involve creating posts using Canva or similar software and reaching out to other groups and organizations to increase the awareness of Report To Base. 

You are required to work at least 15 hours per week, but the schedule is very flexible.

Requirements:

  • MUST be an undergraduate student studying english, social media or journalism.
  • Available at least 15 hours per week
  • Experience with marketing and design a plus

Web Design/Research Intern

Winter 2019/Spring 2020 Internship

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: UNPAID for course credit

Report to Base is seeking 4 interns to assist in the expansion of our website.

About the Position

Interns will work in the web design department researching and adding content to the website. The position requires you to work independently, gather information from the web, write concise paragraphs using that information, insert it into our website in the format that we have established, and create links to the outside sources. You are required to work at least 15 hours per week, but the schedule is very flexible.

Requirements:

  • MUST be an undergraduate student studying web design, computer science, informatics, social media, digital content management, or related field
  • Basic understanding of web design principles
  • Available at least 15 hours per week
  • Experience with WordPress and Elementor a plus, but not required

Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented
