Milan is a small town in Gibson County, Tennessee. Milan is home to the largest industrial base of the county with over a dozen major employers. Agriculture is also important to the economy with Milan hosting “Milan No-Till Field Day” – the nation’s largest field day of its kind devoted to improving the production of no-till crops and conservation-at The West Tennessee Agricultural Museum. Milan has a eclectic mix of shopping areas with national chains and locally owned specialty shops.  Milan is also home to beautiful churches, parks, libraries, cultural and recreational amenities, which make it an excellent place to live.

 

Milan hosts several annual events, such as the Gibson County Fair, Fall Folklore Jamboree, Milan Downtown Fall Festival, and the Tree lighting and Christmas Parade. Throughout the year, the city holds Movies in the Park, Food Truck Fridays, and the Milan Farmer’s Market.

 

Some other points of interest include West Tennessee Agricultural Museum, Milan YMCA, Milan Gulf and Country Club, Gibson County Lake, and West Tennessee Regional Arts Center.
